Learn costs ₪150/hour and focuses on teaching you to do it yourself, with a video of your lesson and a step-by-step written guide. Get it done costs ₪130/hour and focuses on working through your tech problems, followed by a demonstration.
How long is a session?
Lessons and working sessions last 1–3 hours. Home visits have a one-hour minimum. The required initial consultation lasts 30 minutes and costs ₪60, in addition to the service charge.
What should I include in my message?
Mention your device, the issue you’re experiencing, and whether you’d prefer to learn or have it handled for you. Please don’t send passwords or other sensitive information.
